The laminating machine is a machine that can realize the composite work of the two by rolling the glued decorative materials point by point by the pressing roller and the forming wheel when the profile moves in the conveying direction. The laminating machine is suitable for the production of PVC, decorative paint paper, and solid wood veneer on the surface of various lines such as wood, aluminum-plastic profiles, and foaming materials. It replaces the traditional painting process and is used for the surface coating production of door moldings, skirtings, gussets, curtain rods, aluminum alloy doors and windows, photo frames, etc.

The laminating machine uses various forming pressing wheels to simulate the manual veneer action and attach the surface decorative material to the surface of the substrate. Generally, the center line, high point or low point of the profile is selected as the starting point, and the pressing wheel is fixed in position point by point along the profile surface contour to form the envelope of the profile contour.

Laminating machines are generally divided into two types: cold glue and hot glue.

◆Cold glue laminating machine: Use liquid glue, which can be divided into solvent glue and water-based glue. There are two ways to apply glue: scraper coating and roller coating. Volatile solvent glue is scraped, and the glue box is easy to seal to prevent the volatilization of the coating glue. Water-based glue and solvent glue with low volatility are generally roller coated for easy operation.

◆Hot glue laminating machine: Use solid glue, which is heated and melted in the hot glue box of the coating machine before use. The heating temperature of the coating glue is generally around 220℃. Suitable for coating solid wood veneer and decorative paint paper.

◆Combination laminating machine: To meet different production needs, the coating machine includes cold glue and hot glue combination type, cold glue scraping and roller coating combination type, etc.
