Online production is continuous extrusion molding, and its advantages are deeper embossing depth, high degree of automation (no need for manual feeding/receiving), small equipment size, low investment cost, and it is particularly suitable for efficient production of large-volume orders. Although offline production equipment functions are more complex, it is more flexible and can be customized in small batches according to customer needs, which is more suitable for responding to diverse scattered order needs. The two modes meet the market needs of large-scale production and flexible production respectively.

Generally speaking, for embossing machines of the same specifications, offline ones are usually more expensive than online ones.
