Use function

Mainly used for surface embossing of various door covers and line profiles. The machine heats the embossing roller or wheel and presses the pattern onto the visible surface of the profile. The machine is composed of 3 independent units, the first of which is the large surface embossing unit and the last two are the curved surface embossing units. Each unit has synchronous transmission output and variable frequency speed regulation. The lifting and lowering of the embossing roller of the embossing unit adopts screw lifting to ensure the supply of pressure during embossing. The temperature is adjustable and the angle of the embossing unit can be freely adjusted by 90°.
