Equipment parameters

The whole machine is made of steel frame, with painted appearance, strong, stable and good rigidity.

Imported climbing conveyor belt is used to make it work smoothly, safely and reliably. The plate is flat after sanding. The sanding belt speed is controlled by inverter, and the motor is Wannan motor.

Imported electric eye is used to control the swing of sanding belt, imported microcomputer is used to control the height of conveying table, and digital display is used to adjust the thickness. The surface of sanding roller is covered with imported soft rubber, and rubber pressing roller is configured before and after the sanding roller.

Conveying adopts stepless speed reduction motor to feed.

The sanding belt can be replaced conveniently and quickly, and it will automatically stop, cut off power and brake automatically when the air pressure is insufficient or the sanding belt is broken.

Use function

This machine is mainly used for the thickness sanding and fine polishing of various wood-plastic boards, solid wood boards, plywood, particle boards and other boards, as well as furniture boards and wooden door surface paint surfaces. According to the different types and properties of materials, soft sanding rollers of different hardness can be configured to meet the sanding requirements.
