Equipment parameters

The whole machine is made of steel frame, with painted exterior, strong and stable, good rigidity, and imported climbing conveyor belt is used to make it work smoothly, safely and reliably. Rubber pressing rollers are arranged in front and behind each roller to ensure the stability of the product.

The conveyor adopts stepless speed reduction motor for feeding.

The front is sanded + five-roller polished (four 1.5mm DuPont wire roller polishing and one cloth roller polishing), Wudu adds inverter speed regulation, individual adjustment, and the motor adopts Wannan motor.

Use function

This machine is a special equipment integrating sanding and polishing. It is mainly used for further polishing the surface of various wood-plastic boards after sanding, reducing the plastic texture of the product surface and improving the appearance of the product surface.
